Every cannabis company in Canada doesn't have any impressive numbers right now. This is due to the slow movement by the municipalities to authorize legal cannabis retail stores in the most populated Provinces in Canada. But, slow movement doesn't equate to no movement. if you just check stuff out on line, you'll see some future dates regarding the approval of cannabis retail stores. For example, the City of North Vancouver is approving 5 stores on May 27, 2019.
Out of all the Licenced Producers, THC is the closest to profitability, and considering that only 10 to 15% of the cannabis stores poised to open in Canada are open, $1.4 Million in sales is actually a good number. Stop being a jerk and making inuendos that are meant to scare people from holding on to there shares.
Here are some facts: 100,000 sq ft facility would produce between $40 to $60 million in dried cannabis at their whole sale price of $4200/kg. This isn't factoring their licence to produce extracts, which would add approximately another $30 Million, their R&D and Lab (the Lab alone could produce about $5 Million - and you cannot put a price on R&D innovation, but let's say another $5 Million), and with the edibles ($30 Million) that will eventually be available, you can count on them getting that licence since they have a license for everthung else. You can count on $2 Million in sales for starting materials (probably a lot more as more people get interested in growing their own cannabis). That totals to $132 Million in revenues once they operating at full capacity. Based on that information I just just shared with you, you know that the stock price is very undervalued.
Drawup is a CONMAN!!!
Just do your homework. You can find out for yoursefl that everything I am saying is correct. I am no hack. I am an auto service store owner, and I was thinking of opening up a legal cannabis retail store in the Vancouver area. I know first hand how slow, but very competitive the process is, that I decided not to compete to open up a cannabis store. It's very different than what I am used to in my day to day.
But, I have been investing in cannabis stocks. I have bought THC and made good money with it. Then I took a hiatus before legalisation, and I am now back! I have seen Drawup just sit on this board and bs people all day with nothing but lies.
Buy this stock. It's priced very low. And once we start hearing in the media that cannabis sales are up, traders will be clammering for this one. We will se this jump to $1 to $1.50. Then when they release their numbers when they are operating at full capacity - in which I predict will happen towards Christmas, we will all be making a ton of cash. For those of us with cannabis stock experience, we have seen this before. I made a lot of money with cannabis stocks (500+%), and got out at the right time. Now is the right time to buy and hold again, and this time we will see these compaines rise to their true value. Any comapny doing more than $100 million in sales is worth billions. This makes THC the best buy right now.
