So far they have achieved exactly what they have told the market they were going to do.

Go public, raise funds, secure licensing, acquire NLVO, secure top brands, build a greenhouse

and be fully canopied by end of Q2, and build a sales, operations and management team 
 
Not to mention the first harvest will be coming in weeks.  
 
The Nevada market is a good starting point for Flower One.
