RE:RE:Strategy?Initiated a small position in this today. Ouch though with the 20% discount.

They appear to still be in quite a bit of debt, but Morguard is going to slowly take them out. In any case the reduction of debt is positive for the company.

I might add more with the issued Rights... depending on whether my brokerage charges a commission for exercising.
