Fool's ParadiseA stupid, ignorant, and very costly acquisition, that will become a white elephant failure for the company.
I think the management have been taking too much of their own product, way too much. This is plain stupidity of the first degree.
Bottom line - 22 million for an ecommerce company without a web site, who are going to sell international vaporizers apparently, from companies like Australian Vaporizers. No-one is going to buy from them, and especially not vaporizers from Australia (actually, the Australian company has them built in China, because Australia has the highest labour costs in the world).
Phivida have clearly not done their research, but have relied on a research company, and as such, have been duped.
All Greencamp does is post articles on Cannabis, which you can get from another 5 million sites on the web, so not exactly unique is it?
The average length of site visit to Greencamp was just over 1 minute (in fact, 1 minute and 15 seconds to be exact), which sounds more like the bots we write, build and operate here to do just that kind of thing - what a scam eh!
And we can build a state of the art dynamic online (BLOCKCHAIN based secure financial) eCommerce web site for 100,000.
Is the Wikala eCommerce site going to be based on secure Blockchain Technology?
About Phivida, I'm reminded of the old adage "... a fool and his money are easily parted ...".
They have been played like ignorant uninformed non-technical fools.
This is the worst thing they could have done.
They are living in a "Fool's Paradise" - a state of euphoria based on false hope.
