RE:RE:RE:RE:Private PlacementMDA- haven't read it yet. https://webfiles.thecse.com/sedar_filings/00022159/1904301727431331.pdf

BTW, I was in the $1 pipe/pp but I never heard anything until now.

- Maser is a good guy and a smart guy. You can bet he went to the people who were in the earlier, higher-priced PP, first...Therefore, I doubt there is much annoyance, especially with the way the stock price is performing.

- With all the money TNY needs to move forward, there are still only 100 MM shares out...With the tough years that they've been through to get to this inflection point, it is quite an achievement.

- After a PP is announced, stock prices usually go down, as people blow their stock out in order to get into it. Well, in this case, the Private Placement is announced as closed. So who is going to sell? And why would they?

- There are some pretty darn wealthy people listed in the Form 9 as being in this PP. Alex Shnaider, for one, is a legit Billionaire - and was the major money player behind the building of The Toronto Trump Tower (now called the St. Regis). People like this do not need to sell for a quick buck. Kudos to Maser and Co. for being able to attract them.

Onward and upward.
