Its subsidiaries include THC BioMed Ltd., Clone Shipper Ltd., THC BioMed Victoria Falls Ltd., THC2GO Dispensaries Ltd. (THC2GO), and THC BioMed Lesotho Ltd. (THC Lesotho). Clone Shipper Ltd. owns all rights to the Clone Shipper product used to transport live plants.

Read this from THC's April 9 announcement:

Vancouver, BC – (April 9, 2019) THC BioMed Intl Ltd. (“THC” or the “Company”) (CSE:THC) announces that it has received Health Canada permission to commence cannabis production in two additional strata lots at THC BioMed’s flagship location in Kelowna, B.C.

THC now has 11 strata lots licensed for production, 3 additional strata lots are being submitted for review by Health Canada, while a further 3 strata lots are currently under construction.

11/30 x 35,000 = 12,833 sq. ft.
