Wash Trading?

Wash Trading?I remeber years ago, Viola McMillan and husband owned a large #of shares in a Cdn mine. They were caught "wash trsading" and did jail time for it. For those who are not familiar with the term you can "Google" it for a definition. I'm not suggesting this is happening with SAFE but it is strange the way this stock has been trading lately. If someone is wash trading this stock they would be risking a stiff penalty. Just posting this for comment
