Its Vista Hermosa Solar Parks are located in the village of Vista Hermosa, Corregimiento de Pueblos Unidos, Aguadulce district, Cocle Province. Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

RE:RE:RE:Private placement offeringBased on the debenture announcement could someone clarify how many debentures will be issued and how much converted stock this corrsponds to? I'm trying to determine how much future dilution there may be assuming this stock goes above $15. I believe that PIF has ~ 16 million shares outstanding currently.
