Correct. Thanks for the well thought out opinion. On balance I am (pure gambling) that whatever the future regime is they will need funding and to make deals with international agencies (world bank, IMF etc) and will be forced to make whole some of the past parties (or at least partially.) This is of course barring a situation in which the Russians, Chinese and Cubans prevail over the USA and it's allies in this struggle. No guarentees in life and as you say these things can flip minute to minute sometimes. GLTA (btw I also hold a bunch of RNX but I am just leaving it long term... what willl be will be)
