I would not worry about transporation, as long as there is no need to build expensive roads, pipelines.
What we are waiting is for transformational change, from exploration/development to preproduction and then extraction. Each statge is new capitalization level which will translate into new share price (with dilution of course as one of the key factors).

LAC has 440M for 67% as pre-production and ORL  808M for something similar.

Main difference, their stage. All over-under-supplies issues plays bonus/discount.
