Checking the clinical trials website there are over 800 trials ongoing

Reviewing old press releases and physicians enlisted to do research, I can not find any evidence that these projects have started, thinking that perhaps they didn't register them?
That seems a little odd, because in order to get your work published, establish credibility, and start to move the field forward, and your product forward you need to register
The rest of the world is not standing still here. This is a growing and highly competitive market, and in the US, they are known for getting most drugs approved. Simply saying that we are going to have an approved molecule, is quite different from doing it. It has a ring of familiarity, just like we said we would be the biggest.
ThiS takes considerable time to get up and running and approved, and can consume hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars for typical pharmaceuticals
I know that pill, and pump are both trying to get patents, although I know other than the field have already gotten theirs. Is this another situation where we are waiting? What are the timelines?
I know that our prior CEO, Haynes, who had experience in this area is now gone, and tprx is failed, and now that we have a newoption, but for those connected to the company can we get enlightened?
