.....you are not all wrong....there is a video out there of Gouran talking about spinning out the none gaming assets into another entity.....if I remember correctly he doesn't mention at the the time that they would go into FORK but thats where they ended up and I do agree with you FORK is cheap...for all that they have going on....glta
