RE:RE:Hey Wynjoe

RE:RE:Hey WynjoeIf you look at the Jervois business model to date - you will see they will try to buy E-cobalt cheap - then sell most of it for cash to complete a mine someday and keep the rest for themselves.

E-cobalt shareholders will not enjoy this raid.

So I am saying VOTE NO to this smash and grab "merger" offer when even Canacord shows our share value at almost triple this paltry offer.

We have 137 million $ in paid for assets plus a rare cobalt mine in the offing.
What has Jervois got - two good mine ideas not ready to fly - and an offer hugely below our value?

It is a pretty simple decision:  A US bird in the hand   or  perhaps
two far more distant Jervois birds in the African and Australian bush with no cash for bird seed?

I am going to VOTE NO to the bird brain merger offer. It won't fly!
