Annual mtg. . .

Annual mtg. . .
So the annual meeting has been declared for June 28th. I believe the proxies are mailed out about 1 month before, so that puts a hard deadline on preparing a deal to vote on at the end of this month.

Unless, of course, they make a special vote.

It's been just over 1 month since InvestCo dropped out. And I am wondering whether InvestCo brought in InvestCo2, to help out, when InvestCo figured it was going to back out. If so, this was quite decend of InvestCo. Still, couldn't this have been anticipated, by everyone, way sooner?

I find this very discouraging, and I fear that our new terms with InvestCo2 will be quite bad for us, if they occur at all.
