RE:Activity at Good Farm

RE:Activity at Good Farm

Looks like the "use of proceeds" from the private placement is being used on the farm as per the short form prospectus.

Page 28:

"The Corporation expects that the Brant Outdoor Site will be ready to commence production around June 2019, subject to the receipt by G&G of a standard cultivation licence for the Brant Outdoor Site and other applicable regulatory approvals. While the Brant Outdoor Site has security fencing and other security detection measures, it will require the construction of facilities on the Brant Outdoor Site property for germination, crop maintenance, drying and storage. As a result, hoop houses, a barn structure for large scale drying capacity, irrigation and electrical systems will be required. The Brant Outdoor Site will also require equipment to work the land, harvest the crop and move people and product. The Brant Outdoor Site is currently not licensed by Health Canada. The development of the Brant Outdoor Site will require regulatory approvals, including receipt of a cultivation licence from Health Canada. There can be no assurance that such regulatory approvals will be obtained. See “Risk Factors – Failure to Obtain Cultivation Licence for Brant Outdoor Facility”
