They did answer the questions. I don't think there was any attempt to dodge the question at all. They did not say that mining is a complex business, those are more my words than theirs. However, they may have said words to that effect, that getting the ore mix right to address the uranium problem, etc. Sounds like they are in an experimental stage and trying to get the process just right. But they were confident. Again, it is somewhat beyond me to understand it, topdop may be better to answer that question. I can say one thing, I have been in Project Controls on a Mining site, and when things are in this stage the people trying to get the job done do not want to be bothered or answer a lot of questions, even from their end client or majority shareholders. They try to avoid it. You have to look at it in that light. They try to say as little as possible. Providing information just results in more questions. It is true that they did not acknowledge that their was an audit by Gecamines. They probably are educating the Congolese on the fine points of mining processes, in the meantime trying to keep them out of their hair. I was Project Controls Manager on a mine site for a mine that was being built that was worth 1.2 Billion. It was 6 months late in the end. When I was there the end client was trying to hold an end date and it was very uncomfortable. The construction company was just trying to keep the end client out of their hair.. as for timelines?? The slides should be available publicly for the Operations portion. It seemed as if everything was progressing well and they were on track and providing lots of local benefits.
