Picked up some more. See you in 5 yrs when Heartland is churning out $$ and the divy 30-40% higher. 5 years ago, divy was .1075. Today it's .1425 (+32%). Interest rates aren't going up for a long while and definitely not significantly. Enjoy the yield.
