RE:RE:The AGMPoopin...that came from the Candian G'mnt corporations website. I suggest that it is law and the only way to avoid this is to apply for an extension. With Howie (are so busy doing deals..LOLS)  so busy he probably had not time to apply for an extension...and he forgot to arrange the agm.....
