A few months back he wanted to ship oil to Vancouver through pipelines that didn't exist.

Now, he wants to shut off oil suppl;ies to BC before he even gets a decision from the NEB ob pipeline expansions to BC.

Really Jason Kenney, it's time for you to grow up.
