If you are in- get out.take the loss and buy back when you know the terms of finance, if so inclined.
Just me but I see a negligible amount of revenue coming #s (if they ever get released) and forward just went out the window and loss is astronomical.
Kudos to the company for being honest.
There is a sale/merge, banko, or an angel investor. And angel doesn't mean a dilutive 12% convertible deb with finders fees attached.
I kinda like this one but it it is what it is.
