RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Duties of the Chairman...Henry, you can't explain anything any further. Let me tell you how it works. Junior's come to market looking for cash. They get cash through private placements and bought deals from guys like me. They usually do it multiple times. If a management team in conjunction with their board of directors took all that money and then privatised the company they would never be able to come back to the markets looking for more. As I'm sure you're aware, most of these professional types who serve as CEO's and the guys who serve on BOD's move around a lot. They don't spend their entire career with one company. If along the way they pick up a reputation for screwing their share holders then they've hurt their own reputations in the long run. Hopefully this makes sense to you.  GLTA
