I am well invested in NOT, just like many are on this board --- but if you were fighting with provincial and federal for generations for things promised to only be repeatedly shut down..to then find out you have something they want? You bet your sweet behind that you would exploit it to its fullest!

All NOT is, is the children in a bitter "stay together for the kids" relationship. It will be coming as you dont just throw the best bargaining chip you got away - its just you gonna milk it for everything its got as you may not get another chip quite like this one (shrugs)
