Really? Does anyone think that an average of $80,000 per director is a bit much? For comparison, the average Starbucks director receives $155K per year. 

One thing is for sure--Spot is not Starbucks, nor should their directors be taking this much money from the shareholders' pockets.

 
Starbucks boys get shares/options in the stock which worth a lot... these guys working hard building a balnce growing company. starbucks is already big just afew pen signs here and there things move, spot coffee has to do it themselves..... they buying the stock with what leftover.... i think they expecting to get bought out in the future.....
