RE:RE:RE:RE:Guys.......guys... THIS IS GOOD NEWS yeesh *facepalm*Are those buying into this placement really just trying to make a quick 5%?  I don't think that's the game here.  That's pretty marginal.

I don't think this is to cover cash burn.  There are different views on what the cash burn rate is.  To me, it looks like they needed this money in a hurry.  But we don't really know what it's for.  We're all outsiders, which is why we come here.  We need to exchange crappy information and canvass for other people's views and we're all looking through an opaque looking glass.

And you know what, good luck getting out with your skin, if that's what you want.  I think we're looking at a investor climate that is going to be "pump" resistant without some hard evidence of progress.  An example of such an investor would be you.  Given that this is the case, the stock may actually not pump.  If it's going to climb, that may happen a bit slowly and we've seen significant resistance at $0.30.  What are you considering for your sell point?

Tundra14 wrote: All I see here is them covering their cash burn.  But ultimately, it’s management, their family, and friends who benefit from this recent PP, to turn around and make a quick and easy 2-3 cents per share (as at current share price) when they turn and unload the shares.  It’s the classic pump and dump strategy that junior mining companies have been using for years!  Oh look, we have this fluff report that something big is in the ground.  Share price pops a few cents for a few days, investors go running in, someone has to sell in order for people to buy.  Those sellers are management who handsomely are sitting with a bunch of shares they either got for nothing as a result of remuneration from the company that has little to no cash or from a PP such as this for a discounted price.  They get paid, investors get left holding a bag of sh!t when the hype settles and the share price falls back down.

Hope for the best I guess.  Hopefully I can catch the next pump and get out ahead.  I’m just barely above water right now after buying some on the way up and flipping.

Tundra14 wrote: Jim?  David?  Is that you guys hiding behind Greede’s and Liquid’s Stockhouse accounts?  C’mon guys, quit goofing around and get back to work trying to sell this company.  LOL.  It was nice of you though to provide yourselves, your family and your friends another opportunity to get some easy cash.

I don't think everyone here fully gets just how hard it is to raise money in the cannabis sector these days. In the more optimistic bubbly days, institutions were giving money away fairly easily.

Not so these days, not so at all.

Not only do we get the necessary working capital we  need we have INCREASED interest in institutional support which means bigger players are paying attention and see what many of us here see.

Not only that, they've indicated what eveyrone wants to see is they are putting their OWN skin in the game.

This is excellent.

Previously, I had thought that I wasn't going to allocate any further funds to this stock as I own plenty enough as it is, but this price point along with this news is looking pretty darn attractive.
