TECHNICALLY THIS SEEMS CHARGING UP FOR A BIG UPSIDE MOVEIn spite of several false starts to the upside on heavy volume this stock has built a solid base for take off to the upside. Supported with a strong fundamental news recently, it is just a matter of time that the market recognizes the underlying value relative to other pot stocks, and puts an end to this  narrow trading range and squeezes anybody preferring to short this stock  near these prices out of existence.
