Wikala and Republik CannabisSo Republik Cannabis was incorporated in March of this year and amalgamated with Wikala. You can look up Wikala's incorporation info in the Canadian government business website. Interestingly the board members of Republik were invloved with Phivida earlier on. They are the managing directors of Hillcrest Merchant Partners.
I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation for this. Maybe that's how M&A are done? It seems shady to me.
