Owen Pinnell - Options

Owen Pinnell - OptionsI see that Owen Pinnell received 200,000 options 21/Nov/2000 - 5/Nov/2010 1 to 1 @ $0.67 CDN. That is a 10 year window for him to trade them over. Although there is nothing you can do about the granting of options, and in most companies they are a great tool as an incentive to perform, or a reward for performance. We all know that neither of the preceeding apply, and in NSI's case it seems to be regrettably, yet very similar to our "Elected Politicians" feeding themselves at the public trough. Remember, Pinnell has been here supposedly "Directing" since the beginning, and is a former NSI chairman of the board, is still a current director, and has made at least 52-insider transactions concerning NSI during that time.
