They try to say they have "property" in Oregon and Portland but then in the filing they say "As at December 31, 2018, the Company has determined that the development of these properties is not aligned with the Company’s current business objectives"
So why did they acquire the property if they have no intent to develop? It doesnt get any better then this.

Tell me, how does a company (WAK) that has revenues of around 250k spend over 10x that amount on "advertising" and "consulting" ?? This company is nothing but trash. Yes I have lost $6000 on this garbage, do not fall prey to this company. I am filing a formal complaint today and hope that any investors who have lost money do the same.
