Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:WAYL short report and
I'm sorry but the more I think about this the more angry I get: Irwin Simon just came out and publically stated that he currently doesn't have any plans for US expansion, at least for the remainder of 2019. At the exact same time he's involved in another company that's looking to invest in the states. 1) If that company is at all related to Aphria why the f.uck is he keeping it a secret from us then? How are we viewing this as positive while our share price gets destroyed? 2) If that company is not at all related to Aphria, then how is it acceptable to anyone here that Irwin Simon is currently depriving Aphria from a US expansion strategy while simultaneously building another company designed for investment and expansion in the US?
