RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Management Discussion & AnalysisAt the previous questionable quarter, they waited to the quarter report so they could combine the share move, with an options strategy, across a quarter report, for a maximum profit combined move. That does not seem to have occurred this time, or if that was the plan, it totally did not work. There was an open interest of 3900 May 8 puts that lost 79% of their value on Friday, so 300k was lost on the May 8 puts alone.

However, maybe it's just market volatility, as was said before, markets like to select the most diabolical pathway, one one that will surprise the most people. Sometimes, almost cruel, like here, finally the short sellers could sit back and smile, only to see it rip higher at the opening bell when they woke up, after they had been so patient for so long. That had to have been discouraging, and perhaps helped fuel the Friday rally.
