My so called intervention started as far back as when the SP was in the 1.70-1.80 range and quite specifically when ol PL transfered gifted shares out from under the reporting authority. By then there had been a number of suspect moves by PLI and while the pumpers were quick to attempt to stifle my concerns .I persisted, after that the suspect behaviors continued to pile up and it was then that I suggested by post that they should be held to account by shareholders (again check the post history ) after that I held only so far as the FDA fiasco and in fact lost money selling that at 1.40 (all posted ) and all the while being rebuked by the scumbag pumpers .... after that it was abundantly clear the road these so called management were on (albiet , it obvioulsy wasnt that clear to some ) at any rate the future was clear as a bell and not only did i call it 100% i called it 100% all along the way .....FACT! further, it seems abundantly clear that the people on this board have an affinity to losing money! there will be no class action this is a fantasy ! but in the unlikely event some creep lawyer convinces you to go ahead! im simply saying once again that after that scenario gets dragged out for a few years and even in a fantasy world where you get a judgement your so far down the pecking order theres nothing there ... so clue in its over and yes it is too late ! had you listened anytime in the last year (heeded my intervention) and sold you would be a lot further ahead than you are today or ever will be going forward. ps. Nobodys going to jail this is Canada ...although PL should be and yet hes already at it again ( in case you didnt know ) bottom line you got took and for some odd reason through all the clearly obvious signs you missed the exit gate ... thats on you ! Lastly PL gave TV control back when they did the last equity raise when he put the properties up as collateral .... after that and based on the impossible timeline they were touting after the failed FDA announcment the numbers spoke clearly showing they couldnt make it to profitability (also noted in previous posts ) after that this dilution into oblivion was as sure as the sun setting (again posted ) ... So some final advice before you make any further bad decisions .... go back over the exec behavior on a timeline and you will surely see it was all well scripted and rolled and ask yourself how you missed it !
