RE:RE:W8asec

RE:RE:W8asecThanks Wittman, and I agree with you that any lawsuit attenpts are a waste of time.

Alibaba - If you could only go into the future and look back everything you wrote.... You would feel like an idiot... here's a couple things to help you with this waste of time lawsuit;

1. A board of directors and management, BY LAW, are not supposed to act for what is best for the shareholder, or it's employees, or financiers...etc,etc nor it's largest shareholder.... They must act for what is best for the "company"

2. If you were to win the lawsuit, whom are the largest shareholders that will benefit..TV perhaps?

3. Where will PLI get the money to pay out this lawsuit... better yet, can they even afford to defend a lawsuit

4. The law firm will not only look at the difficulty in the burdon of proof here, but also will they get paid if they win...does the company have money to pay out the settlement (40% to the law firm).

Too bad you can't see yourself... you are acting like a child, and a truly "un-seasoned investor".

You have been in the anger, denial phase way too long.... please move on to depression, then ACCEPTANCE.... you will then be able to get back to investing again.
