I suspect they have to work through the inventory they took in prior to May 1 at the old treatment charge.  That's 3-4 months of inventory.

That would put us at Aug 1 or Sep 1 as a start date to processing new TC priced concentrate, which would put Q3 as the first quarter with partial results from the new TC. 

Q2 could see a 20 mil post tax GAAP profit as the Q1 hedge unwinds in the inventory profit margin.  

Around July 24 we will see Q2 results, 80 days out, but they will not have started processing the new TC concentrate yet, so will they or won't they restart the dividend.  Probably not quite yet. 

What we will get though, is a nice looking quarter, further EBITDA confirmation and further confirmation a div is coming very soon, at the least.  All that will further catalize the share price.
