The timing of this thing is interesting. I got out of almost half of my holding at .78 and .68 simply based on seasonality. I figured that February would be a peak and I was right. Now it is going lower than I ever thought it would go. I think the only strategy that one can hope to deploy is to buy in at regular intervals like monthly, since we don't know when it will turn up for the next February peak.
