RE:Buy OutWay better outcome then where we were headed before AIP was able to boot out F&M. Share price was cratering and DLI was on the verge of bankruptcy. Thank Jay Bala, look at what they were able to accomplish in 6 months. If we didn't get that lifeline we'd be trading by special appointment and shares would likely be around a penny or two. JMHO
