Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

The $300 million loan?

The $300 million loan?Albeit not helpful to Aphria's retail shareholders, I am glad to see that you people (some posters) here beginning to put together (unravel IRWIN'S plan, I presume he has one as of yet undisclosed.
Other than that, it is doubtful to me that billionaire GGB has loosened up its sharp talons from Aphria's flesh. In my view, these people attemted to have  Aphria basically for nothing. Let's see now; indeed, who is the US$300M?
Whoever the 'bondholders' behind the $300 million are, they aim to have Aphria's especially rich assets essentially for free, I'd suspect. Pronto, I am going to conduct a search on this item; as a shareholder I have the right to do so.. Objective: to uncover the actual and deep rooted party (s) behind the $300 million loan and if I find anything concrete and/or pertinent to the share price's speedy demolition, I shall post. In due course, such discovery might be useful to a number of parties here whose massive amounts investment in Aphria shares is being devalued.
