RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Irwin does have a US playIt's an interesting theory but I think the suitor for the 300M raise was only going to front the money once the risk of the hostile offer was gone. Nobody would risk that money if there was a chance it went to a vote.
