Sustainability

SustainabilityBNP eliminated the dividend but strangely they also invested in further land purchases. Instead of divesting at rock bottom prices to survive, they bought more land to support future growth. This doesn't seem like desperation. On the other hand, no insiders seem to be buying up cheap stock. BNP is hedged fairly well and, as far as I can tell, is a fairly low cost, well run company. What would drive them into bankruptcy if they are currently covering their debt and are even buying more land??
