So would they spin off the other 2? How would they work this out? I'd like to see the shares split into 3rds and let each company be on it's own.. Why? Cause I think the River Valley has been taken for granted over the long haul. When Anglo owned what is now NAM it was over $4.00 a share and it didn't have the added acreage and footwall. NAM @.08 is only 2% of what it was under Anglo ownership. One would think Genesis would be worth .01-.02 Our J/V with Azincourt .04 -.06 I just don't think the market is giving any kind of true value as these 3 companys are lumped into one! If these 3 companys stood on their own it would take care of the high share count. What 70 million shares tops for each company? Yeah, Im hoping for Anglo either as our J/V partner or buyer.. GLTA
If we get anything over 1-2$ Id be laughing.... I don't think we will get that though.
Yeah they have the new discovery's the haven't drilled yet which are most likely indicating will be higher grades.
I'm thinking 30-60 cents a share but hopefully more... based on say roughly 5% is 1$ a share 10% would be 2$ ish. Being conservative and saying 2-3% of value we will see for RV but hopefully I'm wrong like always :)...
