How is this SP even possible.

The company is literally worth 3 times the SP just in stock holdings alone. Why hasn't a company swooped in and Bought this company out. Not that I want that to happen, but I have a lot of questions here. WTF is going on. They are actually undervalued, like 100% proof they are way way way undervalued.
