when you get a demotion you stay around for a bit so you can say I told you so if things don’t go the way the board thought it would . But when the time comes that you see they were right by replacing you then it’s time to fill your banker box and make an exit.


Joseph, I think Mike being out was probably one of the conditions for the financing. I wouldnt be surprised if financing would come around June or so.
