RE:What does this mean?Is regular trading allowed to continue on a daily basis?  YES
Is this only for certain insiders until the company can file it's financials by the extended deadline?  YES, the people named in the release
Can this have a negative impact on the SP?  It is never a good thing to miss deadlines
