RE:I missed the close!!!If you had 100,000 shares at $3 your stack went from $300,000 to $178,000 in less than a month! Highly leveraged is an understatement. Not expecting earnings to be good and you may want to consider lower debt names in the services space. STEP instituted an equity cure option when the covenants were violated: it's always a possibility they issue new equity to get the debt down.
