The company didn't disclose the any financial info because they are crooks, the stock is now in the process of being delisted from the exchange. The debenture holders are getting payouts of shares from iLookabout. Us regular holders are left with nothing. If you were able to sell off before this happened and make some pocket change, good for you. This makes me sick
