it's after a major aquisition.

why would SALP give them back, more important is how did they get those in the first place. all that info is wiped out...

my hunch is they did the same thing as they did with pli. they leveraged a loan to ax against their patents. lobbied them to a financial crunch, right when they got shares for the debt they were owed (at a rediculous price), then merged (funny how this happens during tv had the patents). one of the side deals they made was probably to release the patens back to them after they got paid.
