Market is forward looking Kavern.

These inventories in Alberta will decline pretty fast with warmer weather (less diluent necessary for bitumen to flow into pipelines), I would think continued ramp-up of Sturgeon refinery and quite importantly a lot of oil sands maintenance starting up.

We could also accelerate that decline by shipping only dilbit via TransMountain. We would ship the excess gasoline, diesel and kerosene to our American friends instead of lower Mainland B.C. via rail.

The temporary surplus of refined products would also provide a nice relief at the pump to Albertans who fully deserve it after everything they have endured from heartless B.C., Quebec and Son of Castro.
