RE:Quarter outLooks like net debt increased by approx $10 million.  That's 12 cents per share.  So, when all cash costs are included, the payout ratio is more like 300%.  Not sustainable in the long run.

Unit holders are effectively receiving a 4.5% earned distribution and an 8.5% return of capital.
With the units trading 17% below book value, there probably isn't much downside.
May even get a bump if the analysts give the quarter a thumbs up as the units are trading  near the bottom of its range.
But a thumbs down could see the units testing the December bottom.
