I personally know someone who made a pile, a small fortune if you will betting against this stock. But, there comes a point in time where you cant get blood from a stone any longer and when you dig into the details and the situation that this company is in there is potential here for a triple in price from where it is now. However, that is contingent on the lawsuit. Its a gamble and waiting game at this point. The initial decision in Q2 will be the deciding factor as to the fate of the company.
