More akin to a subway or chipotle than a McDonalds but I agree with your assesment. In my opinion the value of the business is much higher than the current stock price indicates.

The low price has been great for me, I have been able to snatch up so much of the stock at a heavy discount to my esitmation of business value.

Can't speak for why other people aren't buying but I have been loading up in the last couple weeks.
