9 months since 138M$ from Aurora? Where is it?

9 months since 138M$ from Aurora? Where is it?
In Alberta, Alcanna anticipated opening 37 stores, starting October 17, 2018.
But they are only Operating five (5) retail cannabis stores that opened on October 17, 2018.
They anticipate reaching 100 Nova stores by the end of 2021.
Looks like they will miss that target if they continue at this pace.

Why a $70 million asset-based credit facility with CIBC if you received $138 M from Aurora?
Where did the $138M go?

From previous release 'Alcanna will build, own and operate the new cannabis stores, where permitted, leveraging its experience and expertise as a responsible retailer of controlled substances.
The stores will operate under the Aurora name, providing immediate brand recognition based on the company's reputation as a producer of high-quality cannabis products.'

Cannabis sales were $7,966,00 in the previous quarter.
What were they for the last quarter ended March 31st?

Sales were up but what are there profit margin on sales?
Didn't they have a profit of 27M at the end of 2017 ?

Something is not making sense.
